INSTALLATION
Installation Tips
Motor Motion products meet or exceed OE standards. Therefore our products can be installed without any modification; however, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician.
Antifreeze and coolant protects your engine by lowering the freezing point and raising the boiling point of water. They prevent corrosion in the radiator and cooling lines while ensuring proper lubrication for the engine’s water pump. Using the correct coolant for your original Motor Motion radiator is essential to protect the engine and cooling system. We highly encourage following the respective vehicle owner’s manual to ensure the proper coolant is used.
When installing a new Motor Motion radiator, the cooling system must be fully drained and re-filled with new coolant mixed in equal parts with distilled, deionized, or softened water. Failure to thoroughly flush the system properly or using the wrong coolant can lead to corrosion, leaks, premature wear, and other stresses on the engine’s cooling system.
